General request

The form is used to make suggestions, request and messages you want to convey.

The Form is accessible for user:

• 1. which doesn’t have an registered account for browsing data on Internet – doesn’t have pre-filled any data and it’s necessary to fill in marked * mandatory items
• 2. which has registered account for browsing data on Internet and is logged in – has pre-filled most of data, it’s necessary to set one of contacts and requirement description.

Pressing button 'Send' will send the request to processing. User is notified in case there is some mandatory item unfilled.
