The new version of browsing customer data will include the possibility of entering a request directly from the Internet. Its status can be viewed in requests history or events.

Entering requirement

In the case of entering a requirement when you are logged in your customer account, most of the mandatory data is pre-filled. In case you're not logged in, most of the data is necessary to fill in.

Requirements history

In the requirements history section you can find information about types of requests, date of sending requirements and status of requirements (new, in the solving, solved).
