Viewing data of the Customer account

Following chapters describes data viewing in this application.

1. Basic data

You can see data of consumption point, contract and customer in basic data section.
Part Consuption point contains your customer numbers ( such as consumption point number and technical number of reading) and consumption point address.
Part Contract contains contract number and validity.
Part Customer contains data of customer including his address, which doesn't have to be the same as consumption point one.

2. Customer account

You can see data of consumption point, basic data of customer account, payment in advance setting and payment parameters in Customer account section.
Part Consumption point contains consumption point number, contract number, contract validity and customer account number.
Part Basic information contains customer account number, due date setting, compatibility settings of invoices, method sending of invoices and currency in which the invoices are.
Part Payment system contains information method for invoice payment, advances and about method of overpayments refund.
Part Way of Delivery contains informations about delivery channels for invoices, advances and other types of documents.

3. Prices

In prices section you will find information about prices of water and sewerage on which the consumption is invoiced.
In the consumption point section is the number of the CP , contract number and date of closure of the current contract. There is also displayed your customer account number.
In the invoiced items section you will find the Name of invoiced item, Type of invoiced item, Tariff, Amount used to calculate the price at fixed rate and drain of rainwater into the public sewer , Input MP, Output MP

4. Payments

In the payments section you can find information about payments associated with your customer account. Newly there is no longer interconnection directly to the consumption point, but to a customer account. If several consumption points is assigned to your customer account, there will be all payments for all consumption points. There is listed date of payment, variable symbols, the amount of payments, account number, bank name, type of regulation, variable regulation symbol and accounted amount.

5. Invoices

In the invoices section you can find information about invoices. There is a complete list of all invoices related to a specific consumption point. There is the date of issue, sending, due, invoice amount and the amount to be paid.

6. Metering points and Readings

In the Metering points and readings section you can find information about metering points.

The new feature for standard consumption, where water and sewerage is invoiced, is marking of two metering points. One for water and one for sewerage. It lists the technical number of consumption, number of access line, type of access line, location of the water meter, the long-term average of consumption at the metering point.

In the readings section are information about data that define the invoicing period, type of metering point, number of metering point, statuses of the beginning and end of the invoicing period, the amount of water consumed in m³, serial number of meter reading and information about invoice reading.

7. Interruption

In supply interruption section you can find information about supply interruption because of for example debt or because of contract which is not closed. In a case that there is no reason to interrupt line the item remains unfilled.

8. Documents

In documents section you can find documents related to a specific consumption point (in a case that were scanned to this consumption point). You need to have installed a program Adobe Reader(reading of documents in .pdf format) so you could browse the documents. You can find here also all invoices issued.

9. Events

In the events section you can see all events on a specific customer account. In a case of any request or complaint you will find information about the acceptance and settlement. In addition, there is also a journal of your requirements.
